336 <br /> <br />To: ARR A-I A-2 R-40 R-30 R-15 <br /> P P P A* A* A* <br /> <br />A* <br /> <br />Permitted as an accessory use where private stables with a <br />capacity of no more than two (2) horses may be located, provided <br />such stable, pen or other enclosure for keeping such animals <br />are located at least one hundred (100) feet from a place of <br />human habitation, provided that the lot encompasses two (2) <br />acres or more in size. <br /> <br />Planning Board voted unanimously to approve this petition. <br /> <br /> There was no one present to speak either for or against the Zoning <br />Text amendment. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Payne <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved Petition 85-12 to amend <br />Section 3.2-4, Schedule of Use Regulations line item as follows. <br /> <br />Raising of Bovine Animals, etc. on non-bona fide farms: <br /> <br />ARR A-I A-2 R-40 R-30 R-15 <br /> P P P A* A* A* <br /> <br />m~ <br /> <br />Permitted as an accessory use where private stables with a <br />capacity of no more than two (2) horses may be located, <br />provided such stable, pen or other enclosure for keeping <br />such animals are located at least one hundred (100) feet <br />from a place of human habitation, provided that the lot <br />encompasses two (2) acres or more in size. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fletcher L.
