Mills, III, stated that his client had
no objection to his petition being continued to the March meeting.
Mr. Michael Byrd advised the Board that there were no zoning matters
to be heard by the Board of Commissioners in February.
Chairman Lentz stated that Mrs. Beatrice Little wished to address
the Board regarding a grievance and asked if any Board member had any
objections to Mrs. Little's presentation at this time. She complained of the dirt
and dust created by the excavation work and the increased traffic on the
road. Mrs. Little strongly objected to the manner in which the Planning
Board had handled the matter of allowing the dissolution of an existing
subdivision and the creation of a new subdivision for mobile homes.
