Weant <br /> <br />Clerk Clerk <br /> <br /> The Concord Board of Aldermen also unanimously adopted the Resolution of <br />Intent. <br /> The Boards directed that a joint letter from Chairman Lentz and Mayor <br />Edwards be sent to the City of Kannapolis, the Town of Harrisburg, and the <br />Town of Mt. Pleasant to notify those municipalities of the joint Coddle Creek <br />Reservoir project and to invite them to join in the project with the City of <br />Concord and Cabarrus County. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into a joint Executive Session <br />with the Concord Board of Aldermen to discuss possible land acquisition. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported that the two Boards had discussed the possible <br />acquisition of land during the Executive Session. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned at 9:25 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
