509 <br /> <br /> Commissioner Payne nominated Mr. Ronald M. Page for reappointment to the <br />Cabarrus County Planning Board and nominated Mr. Gerald E. Nichols for appoint- <br />ment to the Planning Board to fill the position currently held by Mr. F. A. <br />Rankin, Jr. It was noted that Mr. Rankin is ineligible for reappointment <br />under the terms of the County's policy for appointments to boards and com- <br />mittees. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt and <br />unanimously carried, the Board by acclamation accepted the reappointment of <br />Mr. Ronald M. Page and the appointment of Mr. Gerald E.
