11 <br /> <br /> 4. County Land Records Manages as to compliance with state survey laws and <br />county mapping policies. Certification of Land Records Manager shall be <br />affixed to the reproducible copy of the final plat by this agency; <br /> <br /> 5. Such other agencies and officials as the Planning Board deems necessary <br />and desirable. <br /> <br />C. SPECIFICATIONS FOR FINAL PLAT <br /> <br />1. TITLE BLOCK - shall contain the following information: property <br />designation, name(s) of owner(s), township, county, state, date(s) survey <br />was made, scale in feet per inch in words or figures and bar graph, and <br />name and address of engineer or surveyor. The Title block shall be located <br />on the bottom right hand corner of the plat. <br /> <br />2. MONUMENTS AND CONTROL CORNERS - the accurate location, material, and <br />size of all monuments and the designation of specific control corners in <br />conformance with G.S. 39 as amended shall be shown. <br /> <br />3. BOUNDARY AND ROADS - the exact boundary of the tract of land being <br />subdivided showing clearly the disposition of all portions of the tract <br />into designated lots, roads, alleys, parks, flood plains, and open space <br />or other classifications, the exact location and width of all existing or <br />recorded roads intersecting the boundary of the tract being subdivided, <br />and the name(s) or owner(s) of record of adjoining parcels of unsubdivided <br />land. <br /> <br />4. ACREAGE o each plat shall show the total acreage of the areas being <br />recorded along with the area of each lot. Area of land parcels must show <br />the method of computation used by the engineer or surveyor. <br /> <br />5. SUFFICIENT DATA - to determine readily and reproduce accurately on the <br />ground the location, bearing, and length of every street line, lot line, <br />boundary line, easement line, block line, and building line whether <br />straight or curved. <br /> <br />This data shall include tangent distance, the central angle, the radius, <br />arcs and chords of all curves. Ail linear dimensions shall be given in <br />feet and hundredth thereof and angular dimensions shall be of comparable <br />accuracy within the limits of good surveying practice. <br /> <br />6. IF THE FINAL PLAT IS DRAWN IN TWO OR MORE SECTIONS- each section shall <br />be accompanied by a key map showing the location of the sections. <br /> <br />7. VICINITY MAP - as shown on preliminary plat. <br /> <br />8. NORTH ARROW - north arrow and declination. <br /> <br />9. RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS - where restrictive covenants are proposed <br />reference shall be made on final plat to deed book and page number of <br />recorded covenants. <br /> <br />D. CERTIFICATIONS <br /> <br />The following certificates shall be shown on the final plat as applicable: <br /> <br />1.
