The funds had previously <br />been approved for use by Piedmont Area Mental Health for a drug education <br />program, but the Mental Health Clinic has not been able to begin the program. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Chairman Lentz and unani- <br />mously carried, the Board approved the modification in the Community Based <br />Alternatives Program whereby the funds previously approved for use by the <br />Piedmont Area Mental Health Clinic will be used in the Cabarrus County/ <br />Kannapolis City School Counseling Program. <br /> <br /> <br />
