87 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Moss and unani- <br />mously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />property acquisition for the Coddle Creek impoundment and to seek counsel with <br />the County Attorney concerning the Harrisburg Interceptor Sewer Agreement. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Moss and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz stated that the Board had been in Executive Session <br />discussing possible land acquisition for the Coddle Creek Reservoir and that <br />negotiations would continue. <br />The Board indicated acceptance of the invitation from the Piedmont Area <br />Mental Health Board to have lunch at the Mental Health Center on May 4, 1987. <br /> Mr. Charles D. McGinnis, County Manager, advised the Board they would <br />need to appoint a member of the General Assembly to the Yadkin-Pee Dee River <br />Basin Committee to fill the position previously held by Mr. Dwight Quinn. <br />Commissioner Hamby is to make a recommendation to the Board at the next <br />meeting for this appointment. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
