Tyson <br />as extraterritorial jurisdictional members on the Concord Planning and Zoning <br />Commission to fill the vacancies created by the resignations of Mr. Alvie L. <br />Isenhour and Ms. Lillian Goodman. Mr. Swinson's term of appointment will end <br />on June 30, 1988, and Mr. Tyson's term of appointment will end on June 30, <br />1989. <br /> The Board named Commissioner Melvin as the Commissioner appointee to the <br />First Responder Advisory Committee. <br /> The Board of Commissioners received from the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Elections a certified copy of the proceedings of said Board of Elections taken <br />on December 17, 1987, evidencing said Board's determination of the results of <br />the canvass of the returns of the special bond referendum held in the County <br />of Cabarru$ on December 15, 1987 upon the questions of approving $29,000,000 <br />Sanitary Sewer Bonds and $2,000,000 Technical College Bonds of said County. <br /> After said proceedings had been considered and reviewed by the Board of <br />Commissioners, Commissioner Moss introduced the following resolution which was <br />read: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL <br />BOND REFERENDUM HELD IN THE COUNTY OF CABARRUS ON <br />DECEMBER 15, 1987 UPON THE QUESTIONS OF APPROVING <br />$29,000,000 SANITARY SEWER BONDS AND $2,000,000 <br />TECHNICAL COLLEGE BONDS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus: <br /> Section 1. The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus <br />having received from the Cabarrus County Board of Elections a certified copy <br />of the proceedings of said Board of Elections taken on December 17, 1987, <br />evidencing said Board's determination of the results of the canvass of the <br />returns of the special bond referendum held in the County of Cabarrus on <br />December 15, 1987 upon the questions of approving $29,000,000 Sanitary Sewer <br />Bonds and $2,000,000 Technical College Bonds of said County, does hereby <br />declare and certify the results of said referendum to be the results which are <br />set forth in the following statement of the results of said referendum, which <br />statement has been prepared by said Board of Commissioners: <br /> <br /> <br />
