<br />and Testament of W. D. Foil, which Will is recorded in the Office of the Clerk
<br />of the Superior Court for Cabarrus County, North Carolina, Will Book 8 at page
<br />132, and also being a portion of the property devised to Esther E. Foil by
<br />Paul M. Foil by his Last Will and Testament which is of record in the Office
<br />of the Clerk of Superior Court for Cabarrus County, North Carolina, in Will
<br />Book 14, page 276.
