The property conveyed herein is a <br />portion of the property conveyed by deed dated August 9, 1945, from H. F. <br />Tomkinson and wife, Anna V. Ton~kinson, to A. L. Nash and wife, Mary L. <br />Nash, recorded in Deed Book 186, at Page 256, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Said property is <br />also a portion of the property conveyed in a Living Trust Agreement <br />recorded in Deed Book 580, at Page 768, in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds for Cabarrus County, North Carolina, and is also a portion of the <br />property conveyed in Deed Book 598, page 825, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County, North Carolina. <br /> <br /> The Board designated Chairman Lentz and Con,missioner Moss as the County's <br />members on the Board of Directors for the Black Run Creek Development <br />Authority. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 4:10 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
