The property conveyed herein is a portion of the property conveyed by deed dated August 9, 1945, from H. F. Tomkinson and wife, Anna V. Ton~kinson, to A. L. Nash and wife, Mary L. Nash, recorded in Deed Book 186, at Page 256, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Said property is also a portion of the property conveyed in a Living Trust Agreement recorded in Deed Book 580, at Page 768, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County, North Carolina, and is also a portion of the property conveyed in Deed Book 598, page 825, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County, North Carolina. The Board designated Chairman Lentz and Con,missioner Moss as the County's members on the Board of Directors for the Black Run Creek Development Authority. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 4:10 P.M. Clerk to the Board
