This <br />proposal will be presented to the Water and Sewer District Commissioners at <br />the next meeting. <br /> Chairman Lentz recessed the meeting at 4:20 P.M. to tour the third floor <br />of the Courthouse. <br /> Chairman Lentz reconvened the meeting at 4:42 P.M. <br />Chairman Lentz reported that an invoice in the amount of $1,411.53 had <br />been received from Kimball Associates, P.A., architect for the jail addition. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and unani- <br />mously carried, the Board moved that future bills from Kimball Associates, <br />P.A., be approved by the Board before they are paid. <br /> The Board agreed for the current invoice of $1,411.53 to be placed on the <br />agenda for the next meeting. <br /> Mr. Fletcher L. Hartsell, Jr., County Attorney, reported that Mr. John <br />Barnhardt had requested an amendment to the Lease Agreement for the Home <br /> <br /> <br />
