The funds represented by the good faith deposit are not funds required, <br />under any instrument or agreement evidencing the loan(s) or appurtenant <br />security instrument, to be held in the reserve account by the Borrower. <br />2. The source of funding will be as indicated above and, on that basis, the <br />Borrower is entitled to a price based on that type of funding. <br />3. Delinquent loans may be purchased at a discount.
