~36 <br /> <br />INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED BY COUNTY <br /> <br /> As soon as possible the County will furnish to the Appraiser any and all <br />pertinent information applicable to the appraisal report. The information <br />needed can be obtained at the Cabarrus County Courthouse. <br /> <br />APPRAISAL INFORMATION <br /> <br /> The Appraiser agrees not to provide or make available to any person the <br />Documentation or any additional information until the County has received <br />written permission and the County consents in writing to the Appraiser. <br /> <br />INDEMNIFICATION OF THE COUNTY <br /> <br /> The Appraiser will indemnify, hold harmless and keep harmless, the <br />County and its agents and employees from and against all claims, damages, <br />losses and expenses including attorney's fees arising out of or resulting <br />from the performance of the work, provided that any such claim, damage, loss <br />or expense is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or <br />the injury to or destruction of tangible property including the loss of use <br />resulting therefrom, and is caused in whole or in part by any negligent or <br />willful act or omission of the Appraiser, thereof or anyone directly or <br />indirectly employed whose acts, any of them may be liable. <br /> <br />PAYMENT <br /> <br /> Upon completion of the appraisal report the Appraiser shall furnish all <br />documentation to the County regarding the Proposed Airport Appraisal.
