494 <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR(S), anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or <br />anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, the indemnification <br />obligation shall not be limited in any way by any limitation on the <br />amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for <br />the DEVELOPER, CONTRACTOR, and SUBCONTRACTOR(S) under Workman's Compen- <br />sation Acts, Disability Benefit Acts or other employee benefits acts. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Activation of Completed Sanitary Sewers. No sanitary sewers constructed <br />under this contract are to be connected to any portion of the existing <br />Cabarrus County Utility Department maintained system without the <br />issuance of a discharge permit from the appropriate County, State, or <br />Federal Agency, whichever might have control. Any construction per- <br />formed prior to the issuance of this permit will be done solely at the <br />risk of the Developer, even if prior approval has been granted by the <br />County.
