After that date, accounts with <br />balance of $5.00 or more will be notified that the account is <br />delinquent and a late payment fee added to the outstanding bill. <br />If the bill is not paid on or before the 24th of the month, <br />water services with outstanding balance of minimum charge or <br />more will be discontinued and an additional reconnection fee <br />will be required to have it restored. <br /> <br /> Chairman Lentz recessed the meeting until the conclusion of the <br />meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Water and Sewer District of <br />Cabarrus County. <br /> Commissioner Hamby left the meeting at 4:30 P.M. Commissioner Moss <br />arrived at 5:00 P.M. and was present for the remainder of the meeting. <br /> Mr. Branson Jones, Executive Vice-President of the Greater Cabarrus <br />County Economic Development Corporation, updated recent economic development <br />activities in the county and presented videos on Cabarrus County, the City <br />of Concord, and Philip Morris U.S.A. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
