523 <br /> <br /> Commissioner Melvin thanked Chairman Lentz, the other Board members, <br />the County Attorney, and staff members for their assistance during her stay <br />in the County Manager's Office. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to <br />discuss legal matters with the County Attorney. The Board invited Sheriff <br />Robert Canaday to join them in the Executive Session. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 5:14 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
