(3) North Arrow declination. <br /> <br />(4) The boundary line of the tract with accurate linear and angular <br />diversions drawn to scale and the area of the park in acres. The <br />adjacent property owner(s) shall be included in this drawing and the <br />surrounding zoning classification(s). <br /> <br />(8) Proposed and existing contours with a vertical interval of five (5) <br />feet no greater than ten (10) feet and elevations of existing streets, <br />roads, drives, curbs, catch basins, and etc. CONTOURS SHALL APPLY ONLY <br />TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT(S). <br /> <br />(13) Plans for proposed utilities (e.g. water and sewer lines) must be <br />approved by the appropriate agencies, either state agencies or county <br />agencies. Basic Steps to Follow in Mobile Home Ordinance: Page 10 <br />DELETE: Number (3) Approved preliminary plat goes to the Board of <br />Adjustment Conditional Use. <br /> <br />AMEND: Number (4) to read as follows. <br /> <br />AMEND TO: (3) The final plat shall contain all elements of the approved <br />preliminary plat and may be submitted for final approval after all <br />improvements have been completed. <br /> <br />If all improvements are not completed prior to the submittal of the <br />final plat, a letter of credit, surety bond, or cash from a North <br />Carolina recognized lending institution shall be posted in the amount of <br />one hundred twenty five (125) percent of all improvements needed to <br />bring the park in conformance with these regulations. The developer <br />shall have one year to complete all necessary improvements. In <br />extenuating circumstances, an extension may be granted by the Planning <br />Board for a specific number of months. The cost for improvements shall <br />be reviewed by the County Engineer, or a registered North Carolina Civil <br />Engineer working in conjunction with the county. Improvements must be <br />completed prior to the placement of any mobile home in a park. <br /> <br />DELETE Certificate Number 5 Certificate of Approval By The Planning <br />Board Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />DELETE CertifiCate Number 7 Certificate of Approval By The Board of <br />County Commissioners <br /> <br />AMEND the following certificates to follow proper numerical order. <br /> <br /> Chairman Lentz opened the public hearing for comments concerning <br />the submittal of a Community Development Revitalization Grant <br />application to the North Carolina Department of Natural ,Resources and <br />Community Development. <br /> Mr. James F. Owens, Planning Director, and Mr. Robert Stark, <br />Consultant with Stark-Wilson Associates, reviewed the Community <br />Development Revitalization Grant application process and presented an <br />update on the Highway 73 West Community Development Project. <br /> Ms. Corine Cannon, resident of the Fishertown/Princeton Park <br />Community, stated the need for sewer service in that area. Mr. Willie <br />Lewis Clowney and another resident of the community reported numerous <br />sewage problems and asked for assistance from the County in resolving <br />those problems. <br /> There being no one else to speak regarding the Community <br />Development Block Grant application, Chairman Lentz closed the public <br />hearing. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Commissioner Moss <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following resolution. <br /> <br />Referencing the Board's long term commitment in selecting the <br />Fishertown area for the Community Development Block Grant <br /> <br /> <br />
