7O <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br />Cabarrus County Schools' Bond Fund (37) <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus <br />County, meeting in session this 3rd day of April, 1989, that the <br />following Capital Project Fund Ordinance for the Cabarrus County <br />Schools' Bond Fund is adopted for the life of the projects with the <br />following revenues and expenditures. <br /> <br /> A. It is estimated that the following revenue will be <br />available in the Cabarrus County Schools' Bond Fund for the life of <br />these projects. <br /> <br />General Obligation Bond Proceeds <br />Interest on Investments <br />Total Revenues <br /> <br />$17,000,000.00 <br />$ 1,100,000,00 <br />$18,100,000.00 <br /> <br /> B. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in the <br />Cabarrus County Schools' Bond Fund for the construction, renovation, <br />debt service, and other expenses relating to the authorized bond <br />order. <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Schools <br />Kannapolis City Schools <br />Contribution to General Fund <br />(For debt service principal <br /> and interest payments) <br />Total Expenditures <br /> <br />$11,617,500.00 <br />$5,382,500.00 <br /> <br />$1,100,000.00 <br />$18,100,000.00 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Commissioner Melvin and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Capital Projects Ordinance <br />for the Rowan Cabarrus Community College Bond Fund. <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br />Rowan Cabarrus Community College Bond Fund (38) <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus <br />County, meeting in session this 3rd day of April, 1989, that the <br />following Capital Project Fund Ordinance for the Rowan Cabarrus <br />Community College Bond Fund is adopted for the life of the project <br />with the following revenues and expenditures. <br /> <br /> A.
