137 <br /> <br />(90) days after written notice of such default by the County or shall violate <br />any other terms of this lease, the County shall have the right to its option to <br />declare this Lease cancelled. <br /> 8. It is understood by the County that the funds for the preservation <br />and restoration of the Old Cabarrus County Courthouse will necessarily be <br />supplied by contributions from individuals, firms, corporations, organizations, <br />foundations and other agencies; that the acquisition of such funds may not be <br />constant but will be affected by prior commitments of the respective <br />contributors and that a temporary suspension of work shall not be used as a <br />reason for cancellation of this Lease. <br /> 9. The County shall have no obligations or duties concerning the <br />maintenance, preservation or upkeep of the premises described in this Lease, <br />i.e. the Old Cabarrus County Courthouse. <br /> 10.
