2O0 submit a copy of the report of this audit to the County within ninety (90) days of the conclusion of Economic Development Corporation's established fiscal year. 6. Economic Development Corporation agrees to hold the County harmless for any and all liability, damages or claims, including attorney's fees, that might be asserted or suffered by the County as a result of any act or omission of any of Economic Development Corporation's officers, employees, agents or representatives arising out of this contract. 7. This agreement shall be in effect for the period of July 1, 1989 through and including June 30, 1990. This agreement may be renewed and shall continue in force and effect for each successive year in which Cabarrus County makes an appropriation to Economic Development Corporation. UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Simmons and unanimously carried, the Board approved the following Contract to Provide Tax District Fire Service between Cabarrus County and the City of Concord for Fiscal Year 1989-1990 and authorized Chairman Lentz to execute the contract on behalf of Cabarrus County. CONTRACT TO PROVIDE TAX DISTRICT FIRE SERVICE NORTH CAROLINA CABARRUS COUNTY THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into effective the 1st day of July, 1989, by and between ~the City of Concord, a municipal corporation, and the County of Cabarrus; WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter contained, and pursuant to authority granted by G.S. 69- 25.5, G.S. 69-25.6, and G.S. 153A-233, the City of Concord and the County of Cabarrus do hereby covenant and agree as follows: 1. The County of Cabarrus agrees to annually provide a supplement in the sum of $250.00 per month to the City of Concord. This sum shall be payable as specified in the Cabarrus County Fire Protection Resolution.
