2O5 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Simmons, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board rejected the removal of the following Items 2 <br />through 7 of Petition 89-04 from the ARR Zone: (2) Machine Welding Shops; (3) <br />Wooden Products Manufacturing; (4) Contractor Storage Yards; (5) Cotton Gins and <br />Cotton Waste; (6) Meat Packing and Poultry Processing; and (7) Saw Mills and <br />Planing Mills. The Board approved the removal of Item 1 of Petition 89-04, <br />Extraction of Earth Products, from the ARR Zone with the exception that the <br />extraction of soil, clay, sand, and gold would remain permitted as conditional <br />uses in the ARR Zone. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session for the <br />purpose of real property acquisition, litigation, consultation with counsel, and <br />personnel matters. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Simmons and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was terminated. No action was reported from the executive session. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
