Wilson <br />• Total Capital Request <br />Throughout the presentation, Dr. Buckwell, Mr. Crabtree, Mr. Adams and <br />Mr. Wallace responded to questions from board members. <br />Rowan - Cabarrus Community College <br />Dr. Carol Spalding, President; Jonathan Chamberlain, Chief Officer of <br />Facilities Services; and Janet Spriggs, Chief Financial Officer, reviewed a <br />spreadsheet titled "Cabarrus County Ten Year Capital Projects Plan" and <br />outlined anticipated capital needs for Rowan - Cabarrus Community College. <br />Throughout the presentation, Dr. Spalding, Mr. Chamberlain and Ms. <br />Spriggs responded to questions from board members. <br />Recess <br />In closing, Mike Downs, County Manager, briefly reviewed the topics on <br />the agenda for the following day. <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner <br />Mynatt, and unanimously carried, the meeting recessed at 7:26 p.m. to 8:00 <br />a.m. Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center. <br />MeganWAJ Clerk to the Board <br />
