<br />Mr. Marshall advised all projects beyond FY17 have no funding source
<br />assigned to them. He stated the County is working with both school districts
<br />and the community college to develop an extensive capital and maintenance list
<br />for future year's request. He also commented on the following list of capital
<br />improvement projects and responded to questions from the Board. There was also
<br />general discussion regarding these projects:
<br />• Training and Firing Range Renovations
<br />• Detention Center Security Upgrades
<br />• Carolina Thread Trail
<br />• Frank Liske Park - Restrooms
<br />• Aisle Safety Lighting at the Arena
<br />• Marquee Replacement and Sign Enhancement at the Arena
<br />• Arena Restrooms Renovations
<br />Pam Dubois, Senior Deputy County Manager, commented on school items in
<br />the aforementioned FY17 Projects list. She then reviewed the following Five
<br />Year Financial Plan and responded to questions from the Board.
