<br />Lomax Farm Discussion
<br />Commissioner Shue suggested consideration of a five -year funding plan to
<br />gradually reduce County funding for Lomax Farm, as previously discussed. He
<br />also referenced previous discussions on the Farm becoming self - sufficient.
<br />There was discussion regarding funding options for the Farm. It was the
<br />consensus of the Board for staff to reach out to CFSA for feedback and input
<br />regarding the proposed funding options.

<br />James Mack, Jr., Chairman, Public Health Authority of Cabarrus County;
<br />Sue Yates, Cabarrus Health Alliance (CHA) Finance Director, and William
<br />Pilkington, CEO, Public Health Director, presented a PowerPoint presentation of
<br />the Cabarrus Health Alliance FY 2017 budget request.
