<br /> Community College.
<br /> Throughout the presentation, Ms. Spriggs responded to questions from board

<br /> Future Capital Improvement Projects
<br /> Jonathan Marshall, Deputy County Manager, and Kyle Bilafer, Area Manager
<br /> of Operations, reviewed a spreadsheet of future capital projects. Mike Downs,
<br /> County Manager, and Pam Dubois, Senior Deputy County Manager, also responded to
<br /> questions from board members.

<br /> Board members briefly discussed funding options for various items on the
<br /> future capital projects spreadsheet.
<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Shue, seconded by Vice Chairman Honeycutt,
<br /> and unanimously carried, the Board MOVED to approve the concept of funding a
<br /> new high school and approved the budget amendment and project ordinances for
<br /> the architectural fees and a portion of the engineering expenses for a new high
<br /> school.

<br /> contribution from the Capital Reserve Fund $2,988,350 for additional architect ($2,710,000) and
<br /> engineering funds ( $278,350) requested by the CCS Board.
