June 19, 2017 (Regular Meeting) Page 3179 <br /> Midland Library, Vice President, and other members of the Friends of the Midland <br /> Library were also in attendance. <br /> Vincent Vezza, resident of 8835 Erbach Lane in Mount Pleasant and <br /> Democratic Precinct Chair, spoke in regards to the work done by Mount Pleasant <br /> officials to develop a Mount Pleasant Comprehensive Plan. He expressed an <br /> interest to work with the County on the town's concerns and needs. <br /> Seeing no one else to address the Board, Chairman Morris closed that <br /> portion of the meeting. <br /> (E) OLD BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> (F) CONSENT <br /> (F-1) County Manager - Cooperative Extension ADA Bathrooms and Furniture for <br /> County Departments Budget Revision <br /> Several smaller projects are proposed for completion from excess revenue <br /> collections within the current fiscal year. The Cooperative Extension bathrooms <br /> are in need of ADA modifications due to age and upgrades to the building. As <br /> the County continues to grow and staff is relocated, departments are in need of <br /> furniture replacement and furniture for the new locations. The project authorized is the various County construction and <br /> renovation related projects. Details of the projects are listed in <br /> section C. of this Project Ordinance. <br /> B. The officers of this unit are hereby directed to proceed with this <br /> capital project within the terms of the Generally Accepted Accounting <br /> Principles (GAAP) and the budget contained herein. <br /> C.
