All lots within the drainage basin's critical area, that is land within <br /> 1/2 mile of the high water mark or the ridge line of the watershed <br /> (whichever comes first) for the reservoirs, shall have a minimum of two <br /> (2) acres. If an open space development is approved, the density for the <br /> site shall remain one dwelling per two (2) acres for development. <br /> Coddle Creek: WS-II Protected Area <br /> 2. No commercial or industrial development shall be permitted in the WS-II <br /> Critical Area. <br /> 2. A 150-foot vegetative buffer shall be maintained from the normal pool <br /> level on all property adjoining the reservoir. No permanent structures <br /> shall be allowed within this buffer area. <br /> 3. Waterbody buffers shall be established as detailed in the Waterbody Buffer <br /> Zone section of this Ordinance. <br /> 4. All non-single family residential and nonresidential development of lots <br /> within the critical area shall have an impermeable area of less than six <br /> percent (60) . <br /> 5. No industrial or commercial hazardous material shall be used or stored in <br /> this 1/2-mile area. <br /> 6. Landfills and sites for land application of residuals or petroleum <br /> contaminated soils are specifically prohibited. <br /> 7.Development of residential lets within the WS-3�E-Oritieal Area shall have <br /> an-}mpe rmeabl e area ef lees than leer e end (124*.- <br /> . <br /> B .
