August 21, 2017 (Regular Meeting) Page 3276 <br /> 3. Waterbody buffers shall be established as required by the Waterbody Buffer <br /> Zone section of this Ordinance. <br /> 4 . All other residential and non-residential development shall not exceed <br /> twelve (12%) percent built-upon area for the site in addition to meeting <br /> the applicable minimum lot size, density, and zoning district <br /> requirements. <br /> Section 4-6 Requirements for the Coldwater Creek -Lake Concord, Coldwater Creek- <br /> Lake Fisher and Tuckertown Reservoir WS-IV Watersheds <br /> All land in the Coldwater Creek-Lake Concord, Coldwater Creek-Lake Fisher, and <br /> Tuckertown Reservoir watersheds have been classified by the North Carolina <br /> Environmental Management Commission as "Watersheds IV" drinking waters. <br /> Coldwater Creek -Lake Concord: WS-IV Critical Area and WS-IV Balane-e of <br /> Watershed Protected Area <br /> Coldwater Creek-Lake Fisher: WS-IV Critical Area and WS-IV Pala nee of Watershed <br /> Protected Area <br /> Tuckertown Reservoir: WS-IV Critical Area and WS-IV Balanee�r Watershed <br /> Protected Area <br /> The following requirements apply to both the WS-IV Critical Area and the WS-IV <br /> Balanee--e-€ Watershed Protected Area of these watersheds: <br /> 1. Unless prohibited by the underlying zoning district, densities for single <br /> family residential developments are permitted up to two (2) dwelling units <br /> per acre. <br /> 2. Maximum impervious coverage for individual single family residential lots <br /> shall be based on the zoning district used for permitting. <br /> 3. All other residential and non-residential development shall not exceed <br /> twenty-four (24o) percent built-upon area for the site in addition to <br /> meeting the applicable minimum lot size, density, and zoning district <br /> requirements. <br /> 4 . Landfills and sites for land application of residuals or petroleum <br /> contaminated soils are specifically prohibited. <br /> BE IT ALSO ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Development Ordinance is hereby <br /> amended as follows: <br /> RENUMBER AND REVISE the Table of Contents and page numbers in the Cabarrus <br /> County Development Ordinance to correspond to the text changes as needed. <br /> Adopted this 213t day of August, 2017 by the Cabarrus County Board of <br /> Commissioners. <br /> /s/ Stephen M. She stated the next required step in the financing <br /> is the final approval by adoption of the resolution approving the installment <br /> contract financing in an amount not-to-exceed $128, 105, 000. She advised <br /> documents were sent to the Board concerning questions from the August 7, 2017 <br /> Work Session. <br /> A brief discussion ensued. <br /> UPON MOTION by Commissioner Kiger, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br /> unanimously carried, the Board adopted the resolution approving Installment <br />
