She requested the <br /> Board accept the grant which would be used to cover the adoption fee for 25 <br /> animals at a special adoption event planned for mid-October 2017 . <br /> Infrastructure and Asset Management - 2323 Concord Lake Road Upset Bid <br /> Kyle Bilafer, Area Manager of Operations reported that no upset bids were <br /> received on the sale of property located 2323 Concord Lake Road. He advised <br /> staff will continue to move forward with the sale, pending final approval by <br /> the Board. <br /> Approval of Regular Meeting Agenda <br /> The Board discussed the placement of items on the Agenda. <br /> Commissioner Shue MOVED to approve the September 18, 2017 agenda as <br /> follows, including the required public hearings for Monday, September 18, 2017 <br /> at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may be heard. Commissioner Kiger <br /> seconded the motion. <br /> A brief discussion ensued.
