February 16, 2015 (Regular Meeting) Page 2284 <br />The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in regular <br />session in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at the Cabarrus County <br />Governmental Center in Concord, North Carolina on Monday, February 16, 2015, <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br />Present - Chairman: Stephen M. Morris <br />Vice Chairman: Elizabeth F. Poole <br />Commissioners: Diane R. Honeycutt <br />Grace M. Mynatt <br />Lynn W. Shue <br />Also present were Mike Downs, County Manager; Richard M. ,Koch, County <br />Attorney; Pam Dubois, Senior Deputy County Manager; Jonathan Marshall, Deputy <br />County Manager; and Megan Smit, Clerk to the Board. <br />Chairman Morris called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. <br />The Fire Academy Honor Guard from Concord High School conducted the <br />Flag Ceremony.
