During discussion, Dr. Spalding and Jonathan <br />Chamberlain, RCCC Chief Officer of Facilities Services, responded to <br />questions from the Board. Issues addressed included: future land purchases; <br />the location for the Advanced Technology Center; etc. <br />Chairman Morris commented on serving as a member of the RCCC Board of <br />Trustees as well as the 2015 RCCC Graduation Ceremony. <br />CHA - Presentation of FY 2016 Budget Request <br />James Mack, Jr., Chairman, Public Health Authority of Cabarrus County, <br />Sue Yates, Cabarrus Health Alliance (CHA) Finance Director, and William <br />Pilkington, CEO, Public Health Director, presented a PowerPoint presentation <br />of the Cabarrus Health Alliance FY 2016 budget request.
