He also commented on a recent <br />tour of the Cabarrus County Animal Shelter. <br />Commissioner Mynatt commented on the possibility of funds being <br />withheld from the ,State and the potential impact. She also commented on a <br />recent visit to Reed's Gold Mine and spoke in support of the Governor's Bond <br />Proposal. <br />Vice Chairman Poole commented on a recent tour of S &D Coffee & Tea. <br />She encouraged local businesses to contact Board members if they wished to <br />share about their operations. <br />(K) WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT OR CABARRUS COUNTY <br />None. <br />(L) CLOSED SE SSION <br />(L -1) Closed Session - Discussion of the Negotiation of Real Proper <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session to discuss the <br />negotiation of real property, as authorized by NCGS 143- 318.11(a)(5). <br />Jonathan Marshall was invited into the closed session. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mynatt, seconded by Commissioner Shue, the <br />Board moved to come out of closed session. <br />(M) ADJOURNED <br />
