She also reported Concord City <br />Councilman John Sweat was involved in a motorcycle accident and wished him a <br />speedy recovery. <br />Chairman Morris provided a brief update on the National Association of <br />Counties (NACo) Annual Conference in Charlotte. <br />(K) WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT OF CAI3ARRUS COUNTY <br />None. <br />(L) CLOSED SESSION <br />(L -1) Closed Session - Economic Development, Pending Litigation and <br />Personnel Matters <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Honeycutt, seconded by Vice Chairman Poole <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session to discuss <br />matters relating to economic development, pending litigation and personnel, <br />as authorized by NCGS 143 - 318.11(x)(3)(4) and (6). <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Shue, the <br />Board moved to come out of closed session. <br />(J) GENERAL COMMENTS BY BOARD MEMBERS (CONTINUED) <br />Board members briefly commented on library hours at the Mount Pleasant <br />- -ibrary branch. <br />(M) ADJOURNED <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Shue <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 7:59 p.m. <br />Megan S 't, erk to the Board <br />
