(G -3) Planning and Development - Proposed Adoption of the Town of Harrisburg Comprehensive Bicycle, Pedestrian and Greenway Master Plan - Public Hearing 5:30 P.M. Susie Morris, Planning and Zoning Manager, presented a request for adoption of the Town of Harrisburg Comprehensive Bicycle, Pedestrian and Greenway Master Plan as a supplement to the Harrisburg Area Land Use Plan that was adopted in 2010. She stated the benefit of adoption of this plan as a supplement to the Harrisburg Area Land Use Plan is it brings everything to one place. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the Town of Harrisburg Comprehensive Bicycle, Pedestrian and Greenway Master Plan as a supplement to the Harrisburg Area Land Use Plan. (G -4) Planning and Development - Proposed Text Amendments to Zonin Ordinance (TEXT2015- 00002) - Public Hearing 6:30 P.M. Susie Morris, Planning and Zoning Manager, reported the Planning and Zoning Text Amendment Committee has been working with staff and legal counsel on general clarifications to various parts of the ordinance as well as changes that are required due to SL2015 -86. She advised the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on each amendment and recommended approval unanimously.
