Vice Chairman Burrage stated he would <br />second the motion contingent on available funds. <br />A discussion ensued. During discussion the following topics were <br />addressed: depletion of available funds; contingency funds; etc. <br />Chairman Poole reminded that there is a motion on the table. Vice <br />Chairman Burrage seconded the motion. <br />
