Funds of $133,478.74 were allocated to the Contingency fund to make <br />up a short fall to cover the balance of the new Cabarrus County School students, Cabarrus County <br />Schools ACA health insurance for substitute teachers and the required match for Kannapolis City <br />Schools. After the transfer of the $133,478.74 to the Contingency Fund another budget amendment <br />was needed to complete the transaction. The project authorized is for the construction and renovations of <br />Public Schools. Details of the projects are listed in section D. of <br />this Project Ordinance. <br />B. The officers of this unit are hereby directed to proceed with this <br />capital project within the terms of the Generally Accepted <br />Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the budget contained herein. <br />C.
