She applauded the skills of those <br />who participated. She also announced the Small Business Resource Fair on <br />Wednesday, May 15th at the Governmental Center. <br />WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT OF C ARARR US COUNTY <br />None. <br />(L) CLOSED SESSION <br />(L -1) Closed Session - Economic Development, Negotiation_ and /or Sale of Real <br />Property and Personnel Matter (s) as Authorized by NCGS 14.3 -318. 11 (a) (Q) , (5) <br />and (6) <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman White, seconded by Commissioner Burrage <br />and unanimously carried, the board moved to go into closed session to discuss <br />matters relating to the location or expansion of industries or other <br />businesses in the area served by the public body; to give instruction to <br />counsel as to the position to be taken on behalf of the Board in negotiating <br />the sale and /or other material terms of a contract or proposed contract <br />concerning real property; and to discuss a personnel matter(s) as authorized <br />by NCGS 143- 318.11(a)(4), (5) and (6). <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman White, seconded by Commissioner Measmer <br />and unanimously carried, the board moved to come out of closed session. <br />(M) ADJOURN <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman White, seconded by Commissioner White, and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:13 p.m. <br />Megan Smit, Clerc to the Board <br />
