No <br />action was required of the Board. <br />(I -3) Planning and Development - CDBG Monthly Report for February <br />The Board received the monthly report for CDBG activity for <br />informational purposes as part of the Agenda. She <br />also advised WSACC is proceeding with a project at the waste treatment plant. <br />J) GENERAL COMMENTS BY BOARD MEMBERS <br />Vice Chairman White voiced support for the planetarium project and <br />requested that it be considered during the budget process. He also commended <br />Perry Gabriel and Ben Sharpe for their service on the previous Saturday <br />during the Cabarrus Literacy Council (CLC) Fun Run at Frank Liske Park. The <br />CLC had a large turnout for the 5K run with roughly 350 participants. <br />
