<br />Before resuming discussion on the Five -Year Plan, Chairman Poole
<br />invited Harrisburg Mayor, Tim Hagler, to update the Board on Fire Station
<br />Number 3. Mike Rose, Harrisburg Administrator and Bryan Dunn, Harrisburg
<br />Fire Chief, responded to questions from the Board. During discussion, the
<br />following issues were addressed: a study was conducted to aid in choosing
<br />the site; RFP's (Requests for Proposals) for the new fire station; the fire
<br />tax rate increase in the previous year; and plans for the new fire station.
<br />Ann Wilson, Finance Director, reviewed the following information
<br />regarding the Five -Year Plan - A and FY 2013 -14 Budget Changes:
