<br />Purpose: This budget amendment adjusts some of the expenditure line items and revenues to actual
<br />amounts based on the amended Farm Budget of $447,465.09. The Farm Operating Budget is now
<br />recorded in the General Fund and other Capital related projects will remain recorded in Fund 460
<br />Small Projects Fund. Deferred Tax and Deferred Tax Interest is collected each month by the
<br />County and recorded in the Small Projects Fund. With this budget amendment, all deferred tax
<br />revenues will be recorded in the unallocated projects department. The collected funds will be
<br />available for future annrobriation for the sunnort of Local Agricultural Preservation Protects.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
