(I) REPORTS (I -1) Cabarrus County Schools (CCS) - One -Time Funding Update The Board received the Cabarrus County Schools One -Time Funding Update Report for informational purposes as part of the Agenda. No action was required of the Board. (I -2) County Manager - Monthly Reports on Building Activity The Board received the Cabarrus County Construction Standards Dodge Report for September 2013 and the Cabarrus County Commercial Building Plan Review Summary for September 2013 for informational purposes as part of the Agenda. No action was required of the Board. (I - 3) Planning and Development - CDBG Monthly Report for August The Board received the monthly report for CDBG activity for informational purposes as part of the Agenda. No action was required of the Board. (I -4) BOC - Receive Updates from Commission Members Who Serve as Liaisons to Municipalities or on Various Board /Committees Vice Chairman Measmer expressed the need for applicants to the Cardinal Innovations Healthcare Solutions Community Oversight Board.
