During discussion Mr. Marshall <br />and Steve Langer, Fire Marshal, responded to questions from the Board. <br />Mr. Langer expressed support for at least two emergency hydrants. <br />Chairman Poole requested the item be placed on new business for the <br />regular meeting and for additional detail regarding the proposed emergency <br />hydrant locations and security measures. <br />County Manager - Transfer of Utility Easement at Patriot's Elementary School <br />Jonathan Marshall, Deputy County Manager, reviewed the following <br />information relating to a request to transfer a utility easement at Patriot's <br />Elementary School: <br />Cabarrus County and Cabarrus County Schools agreed to provide a <br />private utility easement on the property of Patriot's Elementary <br />School when the property was purchased. That easement has been <br />requested by NVR Ryan Homes for a sale price of $3,188.00.
