The auto channel search feature may need to be activated to detect the <br />channel. <br />Closed Session - Negotiation or Sale of Real Property and Pending Litigation <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Burrage, seconded by Vice Chairman Measmer <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session to discuss <br />the negotiation or sale of real property and to discuss threatened or pending <br />litigation as authorized by NCGS 143- 318.11(a)(3) and (5).
