Smit <br />Clerk to the Board <br />(F -6) Emergency Management - Resolution Designating Agents for Hazard <br />Mitigation Plan <br />North Carolina Emergency Management has received approval from FEMA <br />(Federal Emergency Management Agency) to fund regional hazard mitigation <br />plans under FEMA's pre- disaster mitigation program. Governing bodies must <br />designate primary and secondary agents to execute and to file applications <br />under Federal Disaster Relief and Emergency Acts.
