I <br />just have a prior engagement that I will try and get out of. <br />Poole: I understand. Can you make 3:00? <br />Carruth: I can make 3:00. <br />Poole: Can you make 3:00? Commissioner Burrage, can you make 3:00? <br />Burrage: I think so. <br />Poole: Mr. Small, can you make 3:00? <br />Small: Apparently. <br />Poole: I just threw the time out, (inaudible) we were here today at 3:00 - <br />that's why I picked 3:00. Mr. Koch, are you good at 3:00? <br />Koch: Yes, Madam Chairman. <br />Poole: Staff members should be good because they should be here anyway. <br />Quite busy. Any, any other - yes, sir? <br />Carruth: (Inaudible)Ben, honestly Ben, is to understand, I know it seems like <br />we're trying to be cruel we're trying to (inaudible) get on the top of it and <br />somebody knocks you back off the top of it, but don't worry I think this is <br />stuff that we just (inaudible). We appreciate your bearing with us and <br />bearing through this process and trust me after 12 years on this board <br />sometimes there's things against elected officials. (Inaudible) it happens, <br />but we'll get through it. <br />Poole: I think what we're just trying to do is make sure that Bob works up <br />to the last possible minute. <br />Carruth: That's right. <br />Poole: We just don't want to let Bob go. Anything else? Okay. If I don't <br />hear anything else, at this time I will make a motion that we convene in <br />closed session at 3:00 on Monday, December the 3r in Conference Room A. <br />White: Well, don't we adjourn, I mean, we have to adjourn - we have to <br />recess, then we have to open up and then we have to go into closed session. <br />Poole: Yes, thank you. <br />White: And so I make a motion to recess until Monday at 3:00 in the <br />multipurpose room and to then go to the closed session. <br />Carruth: I second. <br />Poole: So I have a motion and I have a second.
