White: I would not know that until I can check with my office commitments. It looks as though I may be available on the 26 I don't know about the 27 The 27 I've got - I can try to make something happen. Poole: The 26 Dubois: Mr. Koch, the clerk will be out of the country, can somebody step in on her behalf? Can the deputy clerk handle, (inaudible) on her behalf? Koch: Yes. Yes. Poole: Thank you, I forgot about that. I appreciate the - okay - the 26 Mr. Koch, are you available on the 26 Koch: Yes. Poole: Could we do something like, I don't know - I don't know ya'll's regular schedule - I can do in the morning on the 26 maybe something like 9:00 or 10:00 instead of being late in the day. White: I can - we can put that in - and if it's a problem then I will try and reschedule whatever family commitments I have. Poole: I mean we, do you have any idea on the 26 Morris: As far as I know, I'm going to be available at any time on the 26 Poole: Like 10:00? Do you wanna go with like 10:00 on the 26 and then, I mean we have to set a time. If you're not available then we would have to meet and we would have to recess it to another date. Measmer: Well, I mean if you want to meet we could just (inaudible) on the 7 th You know, I don't know... White: I just - I think I should be available. Poole: I- I understand. I don't have anything right now on my- White: My suspicion is that if we did it at 9:00 if anything's gonna be happening, it's probably gonna be happening later in the day, is my suspicion. Poole: So the earlier is better for you than later. White: I would guess that. Poole: Normally. White: Yeah. Poole: Commissioner Morris, 9:00 on the 26 - Morris: That'll work. Poole: Do you think that's okay with you, Commissioner Burrage? Burrage: What are we meeting for? Poole: At 9:00 on the 26 th ? Burrage: What are we meeting for? Poole: Mr. Lewis will have an - another candidate for us to look at. Burrage: All they - the Republican - the Republican Party couldn't appoint anybody that I'd vote for, so it really don't matter whether I'm here or not. - Poole: Are you gonna be out of town on the 26 Burrage: I don't know where I'm gonna be on the 26 Poole: Commissioner Measmer, are you available on the 26 In that case, I would accept a motion that we recess this meeting to December the 26 at 9:00 a.m. in the Multipurpose room. Recess UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman White, Sr., seconded by Commissioner Measmer and carried, with Chairman Poole, Vice Chairman White and Commissioners Measmer and Morris voting for and Commissioner Burrage voting against, the meeting recessed at 5:19 p.m., until Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room.
