UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Measmer and unanimously carried, the Board appointed Erica Nesbitt (county manager's designee) to the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) to complete an unexpired term ending September 30, 2013, including an exception to the "residency" provision of the Appointment Policy. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Measmer and unanimously carried, the Board reappointed Judge- Cloninger (Chief District Court Judge) , John Lewis (Juvenile Defense Attorney and Carolyn Carpenter (United Way representative or other non - profit) to the JCPC for two -year terms ending June 30, 2013; appointed Helen Leak (Area Mental Health) to the JCPC to complete an unexpired term ending September 30, 2012; and removed the following names from the JCPC roster: Tifphanie Rhymes, Maren Hamby and Jenna Hampton.
