Koch, was on vacation. <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman White called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. <br />Approval of Agenda and Additional Agenda Items <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Measmer, seconded by Commissioner Burrage <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the Agenda as presented. He advised the <br />purpose of this agenda item is to receive a consensus from the Board before <br />proceeding further with the planning and development process. <br />Mark Hermans, Concord Rotary Club, reviewed the following conceptual <br />plan for the proposed park: <br />
