Prior to this item, there was a short discussion on the Adult <br />Care Home and Nursing Home Community Advisory Committees. County Manager Day <br />suggested Channel 22 prepare a piece to be aired continually describing the <br />Committee's work and the members' experiences. <br />GENERAL COMMENTS BY BOARD MEMBERS <br />None. <br />WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT OF CAR -R-RUS COUNTY <br />None. <br />(L) CLOSED SESSION <br />(L -1) Closed Session - Location or Expansion or Industries and Personnel <br />AR-.A A... -- <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Burrage <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session to discuss <br />matters relating to the location or expansion of industries or other <br />businesses in the area served by the public body and personnel matters as <br />authorized by NCGS 143- 318.11(a)(4) and (6) . John Cox, Economic Development <br />Corporation (EDC), was invited into the closed session. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Burrage <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of closed session. <br />(M) ADJOURN <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Vice Chairman Poole, <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.. <br />Kay ne utt, k to the Board <br />
