January 19, 2010 (Regular Meeting) <br />*Vacant Position <br />Page 1778 <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board appointed the following individuals as <br />Firemen's Relief Fund Trustees: <br />Appointments (2-year term ending January 31, 2012): Jimmy Morgan <br />(Allen), Joseph Chandler (Georgeville), Richard Mauney (Jackson Park), Joe <br />Eudy (Midland), and Bobby Kanipe (Mt. Mitchell); <br />Appointments (1-year term ending January 31, 2011): Kelly Whitley <br />(Georgeville) and Earl Wise (Mt. Mitchell). <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board reappointed the following individuals as <br />Firemen's Relief Fund Trustees for 2-year terms ending January 31, 2012: <br />John A. Walker (Cold Water), Tommy Lowder (Flowes Store), Jerry Queen <br />(Harrisburg), Del Eudy (Mt. Pleasant Rural), Kathy Telf (North East), Keith <br />Clark (Odell) and Dennis Hall, Jr. (Rimer). <br />(H-3) Appointments - Juvenile Crime Prevention Council <br />Ms. Megan E. Baumgardner has submitted an application to serve on the <br />Juvenile Crime Prevention Council as the "district attorney" designee. <br />Darrin Gamradt formerly held this position, but is no longer on the <br />Committee. <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Mynatt and <br />unanimously carried, the Board appointed Megan Baumgardner to the Juvenile <br />Crime Prevention Council as the district attorney designee to complete an <br />unexpired term ending June 30, 2010. <br />(H-4) Appointments - Commissioner Appointments for Calendar Year 2010 <br />Periodically, the Board appoints members of the Commission to various <br />boards/committees and to serve as liaisons to surrounding municipalities. <br />Listed below are the appointments made in 2008 for 2009.
